Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by ARIS GROUP LLC, doing business as Themume.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or submitting an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the store’s Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies.

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract and must provide complete and accurate account, payment, and delivery information.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and must not use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, specifications, measurements, inventory information, and prices are accurate.

Minor differences may occur because of photography, display settings, manufacturing batches, or production processes.

This provision does not apply to a product that is defective, materially different from its description, or covered by a mandatory consumer guarantee.

Prices and Orders

Prices, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, and checkout currencies will be displayed before the order is submitted.

If there is an obvious pricing, inventory, typographical, or technical error, we will notify the customer and allow the customer to accept the corrected order or cancel it for a refund.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order. Final acceptance may depend on inventory availability, successful payment, security review, and delivery feasibility.

We may cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

  • Unavailable inventory;

  • Payment failure;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

  • An obvious pricing or technical error;

  • Legal or delivery restrictions;

  • An undeliverable address;

  • Abuse of a promotion; or

  • Failure to complete reasonable verification.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prohibited Conduct

Customers must not:

  • Submit fraudulent orders or claims;

  • Use unauthorized payment information;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Abuse promotions, returns, refunds, or payment disputes;

  • Introduce malicious software or compromise website security;

  • Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit store content without authorization; or

  • Engage in unlawful conduct or violate another person’s rights.

Where reasonable evidence indicates unlawful activity, fraud, or a security risk, we may cancel the relevant transaction or impose reasonable restrictions on the relevant account.

Intellectual Property

Text, photographs, branding, designs, and other content displayed by Themume are owned by or lawfully licensed to ARIS GROUP LLC.

Store content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

Customer Reviews

When submitting a review, photograph, or other content, the customer confirms that they have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, non-defamatory, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

Subject to applicable privacy law, the customer grants us permission to use the content to operate, display, and promote the store.

We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content. We will not remove a genuine review merely because it contains criticism.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, breach of mandatory consumer guarantees, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ARIS GROUP LLC is lawfully registered.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their usual place of residence.

Consumers may still submit a claim to a court with jurisdiction, regulatory authority, consumer-protection body, or payment provider where permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the effective date displayed on the website.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by law.
