Shipping policy
Estimated Delivery Time
For most standard orders, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 15–30 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed and any required payment or security verification is completed.
This timeframe generally includes ordinary order processing, packing, and carrier transit. It is a reasonable estimate based on normal fulfillment conditions and is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.
Actual delivery times may vary because of:
-
Product type or inventory availability;
-
The destination country or region;
-
Order, address, or payment verification;
-
Customs inspections and clearance;
-
Carrier capacity and local delivery arrangements;
-
Public holidays, weather, strikes, or local disruptions; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a different delivery estimate is clearly displayed on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation, the more specific information shown when the order was placed will apply.
An estimated delivery timeframe does not permit us to delay an order indefinitely.
Order Verification
To prevent unauthorized payments, address errors, and fraudulent transactions, we may ask the customer to confirm their shipping address, contact information, payment authorization, or other reasonably necessary information.
Order processing may be paused until the required verification is completed. If the customer does not provide the requested information within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund the applicable payment.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Depending on the product and destination, some orders may be packed and shipped by a third-party warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment provider. The order may be shipped from a location different from the registered location of ARIS GROUP LLC.
The use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not remove Themume’s responsibility for customer service, delivery inquiries, or eligible refund requests.
An order may be divided into multiple packages when products are stored at different fulfillment locations. Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or displayed on the order-status page.
After a tracking number is created, the carrier may require several business days to complete the first scan. A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.
We will not knowingly mark an order as shipped before it has actually been transferred to a fulfillment provider or carrier for processing.
Delivery Delays
If we reasonably expect that an order cannot be shipped or delivered within the applicable estimated timeframe, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the notice will provide:
-
A reasonable revised estimate;
-
An explanation when a revised date is not yet available; and
-
The choice to continue waiting or cancel the affected unshipped order.
If the customer cancels an eligible delayed order, we will promptly refund the applicable amount.
Where applicable law requires the customer’s affirmative consent to an extended delay and the customer does not consent, we will cancel and refund the order as required.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change of address, product change, or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
tadkarnic@outlook.com
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or intercepted after packing, fulfillment, or transportation has begun.
This does not affect the customer’s right to cancel an eligible unshipped order because of a qualifying delivery delay.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for checking that their name, address, postal code, and contact information are complete and accurate before submitting an order.
If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed to collect the package, or did not cooperate with reasonable customs requirements, we may deduct actual and non-recoverable costs from the refund where permitted by law.
If reshipment is requested, the customer may be responsible for the actual reshipping cost.
These charges do not apply when the delivery problem was caused by Themume, its fulfillment provider, or the carrier.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance charges, or brokerage fees.
Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are generally the recipient’s responsibility under the rules of the destination country or region. Themume does not control or guarantee the amount of these charges.
If an order is returned because the customer refuses to pay import charges that were properly disclosed before purchase, the refund may be reduced by actual and non-recoverable shipping, customs, or return costs where permitted by law.
Missing or Delivered-Status Packages
If an order does not arrive as expected, please contact us promptly and provide the order number and tracking information.
To assist with the investigation, we may ask the customer to:
-
Confirm the shipping address;
-
Check the property, building reception, front desk, or designated safe location;
-
Check with household members or neighbors;
-
Cooperate with a carrier investigation; or
-
Provide a non-receipt statement when reasonably necessary.
A delivery scan, delivery photograph, signature record, or carrier location record may be considered evidence of delivery. However, we will not automatically reject a claim based solely on a “delivered” status when the customer provides credible contrary evidence.
We will consider the order records, tracking information, customer evidence, and carrier investigation when deciding whether to provide a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or another reasonable resolution.
False non-receipt statements, fabricated evidence, or duplicate claims may be denied and may result in reasonable restrictions on the relevant account.
